Staff/Admin Editor

Add or remove staff cards shown on the Staff page. This does not grant website Admin panel access.

Website Admin Access (full panel)

Full Authorised Admin access (Store, Users, Rules, etc.). For staff who should only monitor verifications, use Admin → Verification → Manage Verification Staff instead.

Rules Editor

Edit rules as JSON. Saving now updates the global website database for everyone.

Discord Settings

This controls every Discord button on the website. The live Discord member/active count was removed from the dashboard because the widget count was unreliable.

User Manager

View all website accounts, edit roles/status, unlink Discord contacts, reset passwords, delete accounts, give website cases, and queue in-game plate tokens / guns / items. Passwords are hashed and cannot be viewed.

Grants (website plate/phone token / store guns / items)

Custom Plate Token and Custom Phone Token credit website balances only (no in-game item). Player submits on Custom Plates / Custom Phone → staff approve → DB apply via delivery bridge. Guns are Store packages only (ARS, AR Level, G3 Spikeshine, etc.).

Tip: Damon/Owner can grant cases here after logging in with Discord OAuth. For best results use the player's Discord ID.

Store Manager

Edit package names, prices, discounts, Tebex checkout links, in-game reward names, and active/hidden status. This frontend saves to browser demo storage until the backend database is connected.

Tebex Packages

🎁 Case Manager

Edit cases, owned demo counts, rewards, chances, rarity, active status, and in-game reward names. Backend will save this to MySQL when connected.

Custom Plate Requests

Approve or deny custom plate requests. Approve queues a DB plate change (old → new) for that player’s linked FiveM vehicle only — no inventory item. Does not require the player online.

Custom Phone Number Requests

Players spend a website phone token on submit. Approve queues a set_phone_number job for liquid-webstore-delivery → liquid-custom-phone (LB Phone). Deny refunds the website token. Availability is re-checked on approve.

Voucher Manager

Create website voucher/coupon codes for discounts. Later the backend can validate these at checkout or track store discount campaigns.

txAdmin Moderation Feed

Do not expose txAdmin directly to the public website. Use the backend webhook/logger to mirror bans, warns, kicks and notes into this feed.

Server Bans

Roleplay and PVP ban ledgers are shown separately. Website PVP unbans are queued and only display as complete after the PVP server acknowledges the change.

🎮 Players

Search linked / verified / online players, then Ban IP in one click. This blocks that network from verifying or rejoining on alts.

🚪 Leave Logs

Discord leaves only — when someone leaves, is kicked, or is banned from a Liquid Discord. Each row is tagged Roleplay or PVP. In-game connections are shown in Joining Logs.

🟢 Joining Logs

Connection audit for Roleplay and PVP. Verification status is calculated by the website from the player’s Discord identity and cannot be supplied by the game server.

✏️ Name Changes

Discord name changes only — username, display name, or server nickname. In-game FiveM / character renames are not shown here.
